Let's face it: we spend most of our lives working.
Most people graduate college, start their first job and are employed full-time for the next 30+ years.
We spend the first quarter of our lives preparing to work and the next actually working, trying to climb the ladder in order to save enough money not to have to work any more.
The media would have us believe that millennials are lazy. The Gen Y is entitled and have no drive. I don't think thats true. What I've discovered through coaching millennials is that most are seeking more than just a job to pay the bills - they want a career that’s meaningful, lucrative and inline with their core values and strengths. But finding work that you love (and that pays the bills) can be a confusing and frustrating process.
That’s where I come in. As a millennial career coach, my job is to guide you through defining who you are, what you truly want and create a plan to get you there.
As a career and business coach, I specialize in developing personalized programs for millennials seeking meaningful and lucrative work. Together, we’ll create a clear vision of the type of work you want to do, the income level you desire and create a step-by-step action plan to bring it to fruition. I do this by helping you present yourself in an authentic and compelling way to ensure you get hired.
If you’re sick and tired of your dead-end job or horrible boss, it’s time to find a career that aligns with your passions, values and career goals.
You deserve to enjoy your work.
